Kindling

Overview

Kindling is the Solstice material used to upgrade Candescent armor. It is earned only from Solstice event challenges, with one Kindling per completed challenge. The 2022 event card had 24 challenges.

Use

Kindling is applied to Candescent pieces, where it fills the second-to-last perk slot. Each armor slot takes six Kindling to fully upgrade. The more Kindling a piece has, the better its stats when it is rerolled with a Glowing Ember. Rerolls also cost Silver Ash, which is earned by completing Bonfire Bash.
