Legacy Decoding

Legacy Decoding is the option on Lord Saladin's vendor screen for focusing older, non-tiered Iron Banner gear. Iron Remembrance Gauntlets, the Titan arm piece of the Iron Remembrance legacy armor set, are one of the items it can focus.

Acquisition

Legacy armor sets are sold for Glimmer and Enhancement Cores. Sources give different prices for legacy weapons: one lists 15,000 Glimmer and 3 Enhancement Cores each, another lists 25,000 Glimmer and 3 Enhancement Cores. Older guides list Iron Engrams plus Glimmer, but more recent listings do not use Iron Engrams for legacy gear, so check the focus cost on the vendor screen.
