Lure Charge

Overview

Lure Charges power the Cryptolith Lure, the device Crow built during Season of the Hunt to draw out Wrathborn for Wrathborn Hunts. The Lure is obtained from Crow after completing the Trail of the Hunted mission on the Moon.

Gaining charges

The Lure is charged by completing Strikes, Crucible matches and Gambit matches. Random bonus objectives speed up charging. The Lure can store up to 5 Lure Charges, and a configured Lure cannot be charged.

Starting a hunt

A Wrathborn Hunt needs a Lure that is both charged and configured. Configuration uses three sockets: a Prey mod sets the boss you hunt, and Mutation mods change the hunt's loot pool.
