Of Queens and Worms

Mara appears in Of Queens and Worms, the Exotic quest for the Parasite grenade launcher. The quest is available after finishing the The Witch Queen campaign. It starts with a visit to Mara at the Enclave on Mars. She takes possession of a Savathûn Worm to learn about the Witness, and the quest turns that Worm into Parasite.
