History of Maxim XI

Overview

Maxim XI is a Legendary Sniper Rifle (SUROS), Void, special ammo, 90 RPM, 4-round magazine. Flavor text: "Speak briefly and precisely, and what you say will penetrate to the heart."

Acquisition

Earned from New Monarchy rank-up packages given by Executor Hideo in the Tower. New Monarchy only accepts tokens during a Faction Rally live event; each rank-up gives an engram of faction gear. Sources note this is the legacy faction system and current availability should be checked in Collections. Not craftable. Destinypedia also lists Cayde-6's Treasure Map chests as a source.
