History of Misplaced Trust

Overview

Misplaced Trust is a one-step Legendary quest from Shadowkeep (Season 8). You pick it up from Eris Morn after holding a Lost Ghost Trace. It is one of the dead Ghost lore collectibles on the Moon. Shadowkeep content has since been moved to the Destiny Content Vault, so check in-game availability.

Walkthrough

1. Obtain a Lost Ghost Trace and take it to Eris Morn to receive the quest.
2. Find the dead Ghost in the Hellmouth: it is above ground in the north, in an elongated building just inside the catacomb entrance. Enter from the east, turn left, jump over the wall near the window, then turn around; the Ghost is beside the wall (GoSunoob).

Rewards

• The Ghost's lore entry, which belonged to Vell Tarlowe: a contingency record mourning his death and combat chatter with Omar Agah.

Trivia

• GoSunoob calls it one of the easier Shadowkeep Ghosts to find, as it is not underground.
