Motion to Vacate is a Legendary Arc Shotgun (Lightweight Frame, 80 RPM), part of the Trials of the Nine loot pool added with Destiny 2: Warmind (Season 3). Curated roll: Opening Shot plus Slideshot; roughly 12 pellets per shot, 7-round magazine (Destiny 2 Wiki).

Acquisition

Obtained in Year 1 (Destiny 2: Warmind, Season 3) from Trials of the Nine, the Crucible event: complete Trials tickets and earn rank-up packages from the Emissary of the Nine (Destiny 2 Wiki lists the vendor as the Emissary at the Third Spire). Trials of the Nine has since been retired and replaced by Trials of Osiris (from Season of the Worthy), so this is a legacy item: sources describe it as unobtainable today. It is not craftable and has no Adept version. Community videos label it unobtainable.
