History of Nigh I

Overview

Nigh I is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the Marasenna lore book, added with Forsaken in August 2018. It comes before Nigh II in the book.

Lore

The entry is a third-person scene that follows Queen Mara Sov and Alis Li at Alis's retreat in the Pearl Groves, the former Queens' sanctuary. Mara walks in to confront her. Alis argues that Mara's departure will harm tens of thousands of lives. Mara admits she spent centuries cultivating the Eccaleist belief so that dissatisfied Awoken would follow her.

How to complete

Destroy all three Corrupted Eggs in the Chamber of Starlight Ascendant Challenge. Corrupted Eggs can only be broken with the Wish-Ender, and the eggs are only reachable while the challenge is active.
