'''Oppressive Mind''' is the title given to the Vex Hydra bosses that rule each domain in the Expunge missions of Season of the Splicer. Defeating the Oppressive Mind collapses its domain.

• '''Dimio, Oppressive Mind''' is the final boss of Expunge: Tartarus. It governed the Tartarus domain and maintained the Endless Night through its subroutines.
• '''Dimio, Oppressive Mind Reborn''' is fought in Expunge: Corrupted Tartarus. In that mission Quria, Blade Transform resurrected the Hydra, and Taken forces replace the Vex.

The Tartarus fight has the player use the "Stabilized Security Access" buff to destroy generators and Vex Cubes that remove the boss's invulnerability shield. The Reborn variant is fought in three phases and includes Taken Phalanxes protecting the cubes.
