Out of Its Way

Overview

Out of Its Way is the Templar encounter challenge in Vault of Glass, filed under Legends, Raids. Defeat the boss without allowing any teleport to earn 10 triumph score. Claiming the triumph increases the initial Vex Mythoclast drop rate.

How to complete

1. Assign a player to carry the Aegis and the others to damage and enemy control. Complete the opening Oracle sequence and use the relic's Super to break the boss's shield.
2. The relic holder moves into each marked teleport circle and stays there until the teleport is blocked. Continue blocking every new circle while the rest of the team damages the boss.
3. Teammates must promptly break any detainment holding the relic carrier so a teleport circle is not missed. Prepare for extra Praetorians as teleports are blocked.
4. Defeat the boss while preserving the no-teleport condition. Attempt the encounter when its challenge is active.
