History of Outlawed Armor

Overview

Outlawed is the middle rarity tier of Gambit Prime armor. Each piece adds +2 light level, which sits between Illicit (+1 per piece) and Notorious (+3 per piece).

Acquisition

A dated guide says Outlawed armor is unlocked by completing higher tiers in The Reckoning. Pieces are random within the role chosen. The guide was written before later changes, so the unlock requirement may differ now.
