History of Outlawed Collector Boots

Outlawed Collector Boots are Warlock leg armor from the middle (Outlawed, +2 per piece) rarity of the Gambit Prime Collector set. The flavor text is "You sprint nimble. Untouchable."

Overview

Collector is the mote-focused role. Its perks cover dropping motes on death, an overshield when you pick up motes, ammo when you bank, and carrying up to 20 motes so that banking sends giant blockers.

Acquisition

Sources describe crafting the armor in The Reckoning using a Collector Synth; Outlawed pieces needed at least the second tier. Game data here lists Gambit Prime rank-ups as the source. Vaulted.
