When aiming down sights, the beam is compressed into short, high-energy bursts that interact with targets affected by Arc debuffs, dealing increased damage and causing them to detonate into blinding explosions on final blows.
Overview
Phase Converter is a basic-rarity Season 26 battery perk on Lodestar, an exotic trace rifle. It adds +5 Range, +5 Stability and +10 Reload Speed.
Mechanics
While aiming down sights, the beam fires short, high-energy bursts that deal extra damage to targets with Arc debuffs. Final blows on those targets cause a blinding explosion. Lodestar's Arc Alignment applies Jolt with hip-fired beams, and Jolted targets are one example of the Arc debuffs the perk responds to.
