History of Pirrha

Pirrha, the Rifleman is a Fallen Baron of the Scorn who specialised in long-range combat. His House discarded him for being blind, so he implanted a cybernetic eye linked to his crossbow's tracking system and became a deadly sniper. Nicknames include "the Phantom", "the Blind" and "Ghost of Hellrise Canyon". (Some pages refer to him as "Pirrha, the Blind"; the in-game Baron title is the Rifleman.)

Role in Forsaken

He was one of the eight Barons involved in the death of Cayde-6, and shot down Cayde's Ghost with a specialised Devourer Bullet, making Cayde mortal. He is hunted in the Baron adventure Target: The Rifleman in the Tangled Shore.

Fight

The hunt starts at Sorik's Cut and follows him through Jetsam of Saturn, where Guardians destroy a decoy, then through Hellrise Canyon to a final crash site confrontation. He uses a Void Scorn Crossbow, teleports, smoke-dashes and creates solid-light decoys, and he taunts Guardians while threatening to collect their Ghosts as trophies. After he falls, only the Machinist and Uldren remain.

Later appearances

During the Revenant Uprising, Revenant Scorn revived Pirrha in the Prison of Elders under Fikrul's command with the Echo of Riis. He appears in the Tomb of Elders.
