Power Delta

Overview

Power Delta is the gap between a Guardian's Power level and the power of an activity's enemies. Under the 2025 power changes, the difficulty sets a cap on how far enemies can outpower you: Normal 0, Advanced -10, Expert -15, Master -20, Grandmaster -25 and Ultimate -30. The cap stops a Guardian from overleveling in Portal activities.

Example

Bungie's example is an activity at Power 200 with a -10 cap. The activity eases as your Power rises toward 190, and at 190 or above it always plays as 10 Power below the enemies. The 2025 list does not include Legend difficulty.
