Power Reserves

Power Reserves are a resource used in the Infiltration encounter of Vesper's Host, where they open and close the BrayTech doors. An Eliksni computer grants the buff. Opening a door spends one Power Reserve and closing a door restores one. A player can carry a maximum of 4.

Reserves must be managed carefully because the encounter's boss patrols the door maze and applies a 5-second Integration debuff that can kill players who stay in its line of sight. Nuclear cores dropped by Captains are deposited into chests numbered 1 to 5, and depositing the core in the chest marked 5 opens the passage to the second encounter.
