History of Ravenous Beast

Overview

Ravenous Beast is the intrinsic on Tarrabah, an Exotic Submachine Gun with Solar damage. The weapon stores power when it deals or takes damage, and defeating enemies or hitting Scorched enemies adds more progress. Switching away from the weapon loses the stored charge.

Once the charge is full, the alternate weapon action unleashes the beast, which increases outgoing damage and reduces incoming Solar damage. While the perk is active, fire rate rises from 750 to 900 RPM. The companion perk Bottomless Appetite extends its duration when you deal continuous damage.
