History of Reclamation

Season: Reclamation is Destiny 2's Year 8 opening season (Season 27 per Wikipedia), launched on July 15, 2025 alongside Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate, which introduced Kepler. Year 8 is called the Year of Prophecy; the season received its Major Update, Ash & Iron, in September 2025.

The Derelict

Destinypedia's page for The Derelict, the Drifter's ship and base of operations where Guardians assemble for Gambit, lists Reclamation among its appearances (alongside Episode: Heresy, The Edge of Fate and Renegades) without detailing what it does there.

Sources disagree

Some sources describe Episode: Heresy as being from Season: Reclamation, others as the episode before The Edge of Fate; the in-game structure should be checked.
