Redjacks

Redjacks are militarized frames used by Lord Shaxx to secure potential Crucible sites and Sparrow Racing League courses from hostile forces. They also guard those sites during matches.

Overview

The Redjacks lack sentience and the powers of the Light, so they are deployed in large numbers to overwhelm enemies, with Guardians assisting. Few survive their first battle. Surviving units have their combat data shared and saved into new units. Once a site is cleared, Guardians sweep it and declare it ready.

Appearances

The Redjacks first appeared in Destiny 2 in Episode: Revenant. In the Sparrow Racing League, they are mentioned in lore about the Shining Sands course, where officials warn that not all three routes have been mapped out by the Redjacks.
