Intrinsic
Reign Havoc
Final blows with this weapon generate stunning lighting strikes from above. Lightning strikes grant a stack of Bolt Charge. Strong against [Disruption] Overload Champions.
Overview
Reign Havoc is the intrinsic on Thunderlord, an Exotic Machine Gun with Arc damage. Final blows call down stunning lightning strikes from above. Each strike grants a stack of Bolt Charge, and the lightning chains to enemies around the one that was shot.
Usage
The perk is best against groups, since the chain effect hits several enemies at once. It is strong against Overload Champions, as the weapon's description states.
The Overload-champion effect is dated to Season of Plunder in some references and to version 6.2.0 in others. The base perk dates to Season 4.
