History of Reign Havoc

Overview

Reign Havoc is the intrinsic on Thunderlord, an Exotic Machine Gun with Arc damage. Final blows call down stunning lightning strikes from above. Each strike grants a stack of Bolt Charge.

The perk is best against groups, since the lightning chains to enemies around the one shot. It is strong against Overload Champions.
