History of Reign Havoc

Overview

Reign Havoc is the intrinsic on Thunderlord, an Exotic Machine Gun with Arc damage. Final blows call down stunning lightning strikes from above. Each strike grants a stack of Bolt Charge, and the lightning chains to enemies around the one that was shot.

Usage

The perk is best against groups, since the chain effect hits several enemies at once. It is strong against Overload Champions, as the weapon's description states.

Destinypedia ties the Overload-champion effect to Season of Plunder, while the wiki cites version 6.2.0 for the Overload champion mod. The base perk is listed as Season 4 on the wiki.
