History of Remote Shield

Remote Shield is a weapon trait on the Titan class glaive Edge of Action. When the glaive is fully charged, its alternate action spends the charge to launch a projectile that deploys a protective shield on impact. Passing through the shield grants an overshield of Void energy and improves weapon damage, reload speed, and handling.

The wiki lists the trait as a Season 16 Exotic trait. Destinypedia places Edge of Action in The Witch Queen.
