Rhapsoidos, Choral Mind

Overview

Rhapsoidos, Choral Mind is a Vex Mind of the Nessian Schism faction and a Hydra-class boss. It is one of several possible final bosses of Arena: Breach Executable from Episode: Echoes. Defeating it completes the final encounter and unlocks the rewards.

The Choral Minds fight

The Choral Minds option of the activity runs in this order:

1. Rhapsoidos starts inside a circular Vex shield. Guardians destroy three Aulete, Choral Minds, which exposes the nodes sustaining the shield around the two Kitharodes.
2. Destroying those nodes releases two Hydras. Defeating them lowers the shield around Rhapsoidos.
3. Rhapsoidos attacks from the air, using Rotating Shielding and Midair Levitation, and summons Vex units including Elite Compelled Cyclops.

Tips

Anti-Barrier is recommended, from pulse rifles and submachine guns this Episode or from weapons with it built in, such as Wish-Ender. Vex Cyclops respawn quickly during the Rhapsoidos phase, so keeping them down frees you to damage the final Hydra.
