Riksis

Riksis, Devil Archon, was a Fallen Archon of the House of Devils in the Cosmodrome. After the death of Solkis, the Devils' Kell, he rose to prominence and ruled alongside Sepiks Prime, acting as its caretaker and enforcing its will. He and his followers offered the skulls of slain Guardians to Sepiks as tribute.

In the original Destiny, the Devils killed Rahn, Devil Captain, and stole a Jumpship, and a risen Guardian escaped the Cosmodrome. Riksis later acquired an NLS Drive to lure that Guardian back. He set an ambush with reinforcements, and the Guardian killed him during the fight. His death was celebrated in the Last City, and the Devils' leadership fell into a power vacuum that rising Archons competed to fill.
