Salvage Key

A Salvage Key is a Legendary seasonal currency from Season of the Deep. Keys drop from various activities, and one is used automatically when you open the chest at the end of a Salvage activity, improving the rewards inside. A player can hold up to 9,999 keys.

Two upgrades unlocked through seasonal challenges affect keys. Forgotten Treasures gives a chance at an extra Deep Engram when a key is redeemed in Salvage or Deep Dive activities. Deep Sea Locksmith gives a chance at a Deep Dive Key when a Salvage Key is redeemed.
