Semiotician (triumph)

Overview

The Semiotician (triumph) is a Destiny 2 achievement associated with the Semiotician Rocket Launcher. The objective requires the Guardian to achieve Pattern progress of 5/5. This progress is attained by completing Deepsight Resonance extractions on the weapon. Upon completion, the weapon's full Pattern is unlocked, allowing for the crafting of the item.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, the player must equip the Semiotician and engage in activities that support Deepsight Resonance. The weapon must be used to defeat enemies and extract Deepsight Resonance nodes. Each successful extraction contributes to the Pattern progress counter. The player must repeat this process until the progress reaches the required threshold of 5 extractions. Once the fifth extraction is completed, the triumph is awarded, and the weapon's pattern is fully unlocked for crafting at the Enclave.

The Semiotician is a Legendary Rocket Launcher introduced in Season of the Witch. Its lore describes it as a gift from Eris Morn to Eido of the House of Light, consisting of Hive tomes on runes and rituals. Eido notes that Eris Morn's runes follow concentric circles, contrasting with Savathûn's tangential strings. The weapon's description reads: "Interpret the signs."
