Overview

Sever - Forgiveness (triumph) is a Destiny 2 triumph awarded for completing the Sever - Forgiveness mission. The mission serves as the fifth mission of Season of the Haunted and the fourth in the Sever mission series. Completing this objective grants 15 Triumph score. The narrative context involves the Guardian assisting Zavala in confronting the Nightmare of Safiyah once more.

How to complete

To earn the triumph, the player must complete the Sever - Forgiveness mission. This activity is part of Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, specifically within Season of the Haunted.

The mission takes place in the Garden's Underbelly Depths. The primary objective is to clear the Festering Scorn by defeating a required percentage of enemies, including Scorn units such as Stalker, Ravager, Lurker, Raider, Wraith, Chieftain, and Deranged Abomination. Players must also contend with Cabal - Loyalists like the Loyalist War Beast and Avaricious Treasurer, as well as Fallen - phantom illusions including Dreg, Wretch, Vandal, and Marauder.

Progression requires placing Ritual Amplifiers and regrouping with Commander Zavala. The final step involves pushing forward to begin the Severance and defeating the boss, Nightmare of Kethiks, Grief Unforgiven. This mission shares its map layout with the previous mission, Sever - Grief, although the encounters, enemies, and modifiers differ.
