Slug Shotgun

Slug Shotguns are Shotgun archetypes that fire a single slug instead of a spread of pellets. The Pinpoint Slug Frame, an intrinsic introduced in Season 1 and originally exclusive to SUROS shotguns, has a more predictably vertical recoil pattern and a circular spread shape. Related slug archetypes include Precision Slug and Rapid-Fire Slug (e.g. Trachinus).

Slugs reward headshots and can one-shot at range, making them popular in the Crucible.
