Snowball

Snowballs are throwable relic items from the Dawning event. Guardians pick them up from snow mounds and throw them at enemies. Since their rework they deal Stasis damage and can slow targets.

During the event, Eva Levante sells snowball upgrades paid for with Dawning Spirits. The upgrades lengthen the slow, leave Stasis mines behind, or create more snowballs when frozen targets shatter.

The Star Baker seal includes the POW-der Snow triumph, which asks players to defeat combatants with snowballs or Shatter damage throughout the Dawning. Snowball Fight matches also count toward snowball kills. The 2025 event guide reports that POW-der Snow is one of eight triumphs needed for Star Baker.
