History of Stormbringer

Rapid precision hits create a lightning storm at the point of impact and grant a stack of Bolt Charge. It is one of the two perks on the exotic sniper rifle Cloudstrike and also rolls on Ergo Sum.

Bolt Charge builds further once you have a stack, since sustained weapon damage adds more. At maximum stacks, ability damage releases a powerful bolt of Arc Lightning, and each stack grants Melee Energy so the lightning can also be released with melee attacks.

History

It is a Season 12 perk.
