Melee Energy

Melee Energy is a resource that lets an Arc lightning attack be released with melee attacks. It is granted by Bolt Charge: each stack of Bolt Charge grants Melee Energy, and this lets the stored Arc Lightning be released by melee.

Bolt Charge is an Arc verb introduced in Episode: Heresy. Sustained weapon damage builds stacks, and at maximum stacks, ability damage fires a powerful Arc Lightning bolt.
