History of Sweet Sorrow (triumph)

Overview

Sweet Sorrow (triumph) is a triumph associated with the Sweet Sorrow weapon. Completing Deepsight Resonance extractions on this weapon will unlock its Pattern. The triumph requires five pattern progress completions.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, the player must perform Deepsight Resonance extractions on the Sweet Sorrow Auto Rifle. The weapon is a Legendary Arc Auto Rifle introduced in Season of the Risen. It can be obtained from completions of PsiOps Battlegrounds or by focusing gear from seasonal Engrams at the War Table vendor.

The weapon features a scratched-out inscription on the barrel that reads, "A birthday is just a number. How about we pick this one?". The weapon's lore involves Amanda Holliday grieving in a garage, surrounded by items related to her late companion, including a blue-and-white auto rifle of Cabal design, a map of the Last City, and a nearly finished Sparrow with airbrushed feathers.
