Overview
Techeun's Regalia Strides are Legendary Hunter leg armor from Techeun's Regalia. The quote on the item is Amanda Holliday's: "You've got your Light and your Dark, but I've got a couple of shells, and that's enough."
The set bonuses are finisher-centred: Queensfoil Rush (two pieces) gives an overshield while you perform a Finisher and releases a slowing burst on the finish, and Truth to Power (four pieces) stacks damage resistance and speeds up ability recharge at max stacks.
Acquisition
Comes from the The Shattered Throne dungeon, launched September 2018 with Destiny 2: Forsaken. Gear in the set drops from any encounter and is farmed at higher tiers when the dungeon is the featured weekly, according to Blueberries.gg.
