Temporal Disturbance

'''Temporal Disturbances''' are world objects on Kepler that the Guardian scans during the Forensic Horology side quest in The Edge of Fate. They are time-field fluctuations being altered by the Conductor's Vex.

The quest unlocks after the Quarantine story mission. Ikora Rey is the main contact, and the Guardian investigates alongside her. To scan a disturbance, go inside its area and interact with it, then report back to Ikora. Ikora later asks the player to meet her at The Stellar Sink, where Maya Sundaresh also appears, and reports that particles in the disturbances form static images, suggesting the Nine may be involved.

A second scan site sits next to a terminal on a platform and is not marked precisely on the map.

Reported rewards vary: three Fated Ciphers plus an AION Renewal Suit piece or a Kepler weapon, or Legendary Gear and a Fated Cipher (2025).
