The Farm is a social space in the European Dead Zone on Earth, a refugee camp set up during the Red War for Guardians and non-Guardians alike.

Overview

After the Cabal Red Legion destroyed the Tower, surviving Guardians regrouped here with help from Suraya Hawthorne, close to a large shard of the Traveler broken off during the Collapse. It is the haven where the Guardian finds refuge after losing their powers. Most vendors moved to the new Tower after Dominus Ghaul was defeated and the Last City liberated.

How to get there

It was the social space of the Red War campaign and was reached from the Director in the European Dead Zone. It is not a current hub; see History.

Vendor and NPCs

It retained a postmaster (Darbi 55-30), vaults and Cryptarch Tyra Karn. Temporary residents have included Suraya Hawthorne (Clan steward), Mithrax, Mara Sov, Amanda Holliday and Crow. During the Invasion of Earth it housed civilians under Mara Sov's protection and served as Coalition headquarters. The Farm holds a maximum of three players.

Activities

A social space only. Interacting with environmental features such as water wheels and fire pits grants temporary agility buffs, culminating in the "Scouting Commander" ability for enhanced jumping and sprinting.

History

Bungie moved the Farm into the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light on 10 November 2020. It was re-added with Season of Defiance (28 February to 23 May 2023) and was vaulted again with the release of The Final Shape on 4 June 2024.
