Original unlock route

Originally, this entry unlocked through progress in the Forsaken campaign rather than through one of the book’s scattered Crow drone collectibles. Its original campaign acquisition route is no longer available: the campaign and Tangled Shore were removed with Destiny 2: The Witch Queen. The entry remains part of the archived lore collection.

Reward

Unlocking the entry added a chapter to The Forsaken Prince, the lore book associated with the Chronicler seal. Chronicler itself is a retired title.

Current reading availability

With Beyond Light on 10 November 2020, lore books through Season of Arrivals became freely readable by all players in the lore menu. The acquisition steps above describe the original earned-page route. The historical earned-page total remains recorded separately from access to read the book.
