Overview
The Machinist is the fourth story mission of Destiny 2: Forsaken, on The Tangled Shore (and the Reef). It follows the first three campaign missions, after you have defeated six of the Scorned Barons. Spider (Spider) reports that the Machinist is amassing corrupted Ether to supply the Fanatic's armies. Listed power is 450.
Encounters
Battle Scorn Stalkers, Ravagers and Chieftains. Tasks: repair a vehicle's turret and navigation, destroy five fuel caches, kill two Scorn Walkers, disable energy barriers. Bosses: a Stolen Walker, a Demented Abomination and finally Elykris, the Machinist.
Rewards
Forsaken campaign progression. Note: Destinypedia numbers this as the fourth mission; the Forsaken campaign was vaulted with the Destiny Content Vault in February 2022.
