The Oracle Engine (triumph)

Overview

The Oracle Engine is a Destiny 2 triumph awarded for completing the story mission of the same name. This mission serves as the second post-Last Wish story mission and is part of the Wishing All the Best questline during Season of the Wish. The objective centers on defending an irreplaceable Awoken communications device, known as the Oracle Engine, from Taken and Hive forces within the Dreaming City. Completing this triumph grants 40 Triumph score.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the Guardian must complete the mission "The Oracle Engine" located in the Dreaming City. The mission is initiated in the Divalian Mists, where Sedia tasks the Guardian with securing the observatory after the Taken seize control of the site.

The Guardian travels to the Spine of Keres and must destroy three barriers blocking the path to the observatory. These barriers are destroyed by collecting Arc charges that drop from defeated enemies. The Guardian must defeat An Ragaar, Tir Balok, and Xavan, all of whom are daughters or sons of Xivu Arath, to acquire these charges.

After clearing the initial barriers, the Guardian fights through Hive and Taken forces, including Val Pros, Tower Sentry, and Orm Vashyx, to reach the observatory entrance. A final Arc charge, dropped by Orm Vashyx, is used to destroy the last barrier. Upon entering, the Guardian defeats Mukor, Soulkeeper, and Ugroth, Soulkeeper. The mission concludes with the observatory secured and the Oracle Engine safe from destruction.
