The Quarry Solo Expert

Overview

The Quarry Solo Expert is a triumph in Destiny 2. It requires the player to complete the The Quarry Lost Sector on Expert difficulty without being part of a fireteam. The triumph awards 5 score.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the player must enter the The Quarry Lost Sector and set the difficulty to Expert. The activity must be completed solo, meaning no other players can be present in the fireteam. Progress toward the objective is tracked as the activity is completed.

Route and preparation

The Quarry is a Cabal Lost Sector in Sunken Isles on the European Dead Zone. Clear the ordinary sector first, then use its difficulty launch flag when the Expert activity is offered. Launch alone and remain alone through completion.

Bring counters for Barrier Colossi and Unstoppable Incendiors. Clear nearby Psions and Legionaries before fighting the Champions, using the cave walls to break their line of sight. In the final room, use the large rocks as cover against the elevated Colossi rather than fighting in the open. Defeat Fortifier Yann and open the Lost Sector chest to finish the run.

Deaths do not invalidate this solo objective; the separate The Quarry Flawless Solo Mastery requires a deathless Master run. This is an EDZ Lost Sector completion record worth 5 Triumph score; activity chest loot is separate from the Triumph.
