History of The Recluse

Overview

The Recluse is a Legendary Void Submachine Gun. Its weapon description reads: "My bite will turn your sweet flesh to vile rot."

Acquisition

The Recluse was originally awarded from a pinnacle weapon quest in the Crucible during Season of the Drifter. Following the sunset of the quest at the end of Season of Arrivals, the weapon became available at the Monument to Lost Lights.

During the Into the Light update, a BRAVE Arsenal version of the weapon was introduced. This variant is available as loot from the Onslaught activity and can be attuned at the Hall of Champions to drastically increase its drop rate. A unique version with double perks and its own ornament is also available as a rare drop from Onslaught.
