Timur's Study

Overview

Timur's Study is a Triumph in Destiny 2. The objective requires the player to defeat opponents while holding all three zones in the Iron Banner playlist.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the player must participate in the Iron Banner event. During the event, the player must maintain control of all three available zones simultaneously. While these zones are held, the player must defeat enemy opponents. The triumph is awarded once the condition of defeating opponents under these specific control parameters is met.

Practical strategy and milestones

Use the Iron Banner Control variant with three capture zones. Help the team capture the third zone to trigger the Hunt, then defeat opponents during the period when your team holds all three zones. Regular Control matches outside Iron Banner do not satisfy the playlist requirement. Save a charged Super for that window and attack with teammates rather than spending the entire Hunt travelling between empty zones.

Progress accumulates across qualifying defeats. The milestones are 10, 25, and 50 opponents, awarding 10, 5, and 5 Triumph score respectively, for 20 total. This is an Iron Banner activity-category record with no separate item reward.
