Titan Token is an item that is part of the price of Lost Pacific Titan armor. Destinypedia lists the cost from Sloane on Titan as 15 to 25 Legendary Shards plus 10 Titan Tokens, available from level 20.

The Destiny 2 Wiki's Lost Pacific Titan Armor Set page names Sloane on Titan and the Arcology Engram as the route, without a token cost. The two sources disagree on the price, so check the vendor in-game.
