History of Tools of Heresy - Act I

Overview

Tools of Heresy - Act I is a Episode: Heresy Gear-category collection triumph worth 20 Triumph score. Obtain the four original Act I episodic weapons: Adamantite, Psychopomp, Eyes Unveiled, and Watchful Eye.

Original acquisition route

Progress the Act I story to unlock The Nether and collect its encounter and chest rewards. Keep completing its areas and bosses until each weapon has dropped. Use the Tome of Want to direct episodic weapon rewards toward the weapon types still missing from the collection.

The requirement is acquisition of the weapons, not kills with them or a particular perk roll. The reprised Season of Arrivals and Vault of Glass arsenals are separate sets; acquiring one of those weapons does not replace a missing Act I episodic weapon.

Availability

The original The Nether and Episode: Heresy seasonal systems were vaulted on 15 July 2025. This describes the original triumph's collection route; later reissued weapon versions have their own acquisition paths.
