Unraveling Rounds

Unraveling Rounds is a temporary Strand buff that infuses a Strand weapon's bullets with Strand energy, applying Unravel to each target hit. Repeated hits on one target release a burst of needles, which makes it useful for clearing add-heavy PvE content.

Effect

Unraveled targets take additional damage and release projectiles that seek out nearby enemies.Unraveling Rounds also pierce the shields of Barrier Champions and stun them.

Acquisition

The main source is the Thread of Propagation Strand Fragment: powered melee final blows grant Strand weapons Unraveling Rounds for ten seconds, triggered by a melee ability or grapple melee. Thread of Continuity does not extend the buff. The Flechette Storm Aspect launches Unraveling projectiles, which are a separate effect from the rounds.
