How to obtain and read

Enter The Desert Perpetual with a raid fireteam. After each selectable boss, solve the secret-chest puzzle along the return traversal: inspect the symbols on the rotating orb, approach matching glyphs until they remain illuminated, and activate the required four to reveal the chest. Loot the chest and continue the book progression to unlock this chapter. The displayed counter belongs to lore progression, rather than separate unnamed combat objectives.
