Vanquisher

Overview

Vanquisher is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the player to progress through 8 objectives. The triumph's description states: "Leader and mentor to Guardians of all ranks, guiding through actions that inspire others."

How to complete

To complete this triumph, the player must defeat 8 Vanquisher enemies. Vanquishers are a sub-unit of regular Hive Knights armed with a Cleaver and a Hive Shield. They are pure melee combatants whose shields grant significant damage resistance and immunity to staggering.

Vanquishers were first encountered in several areas of the Hellas Basin and in certain missions of the Warmind campaign, part of the Grasp of Nokris. Years later, they were sighted rarely in Gambit and in Xivu Arath's Horde in the Heist Battleground: Europa.

Known specific variants of this enemy include Golur the Plagued, Kamus Vanquisher Aethdaakel, Kamus Vanquisher Guuldur, and Kamus Vanquisher Vakeldu. Common variants include the Dread Unhallowed Vanquisher and the Unhallowed Vanquisher. Other specific variants include the Choking Blade, Kamus Vanquisher, Namuš Vanquisher, and Severing Knight.
