With Both Hands

Overview

With Both Hands is a 20-point Crown of Sorrow raid challenge against Gahlran, the Sorrow-Bearer, required for the Shadow seal. During damage, players must rotate who shoots his hands instead of having the same player repeatedly break them.

Original completion

Number the six players before starting. Assign a fresh player to shoot both raised hands for each successive hand interruption during the damage windows. Everyone else stops firing at the hands and waits for the head to become vulnerable again. Continue the assigned rotation if another damage window is needed; do not reuse an earlier hand shooter.

This restriction applies to the real Gahlran during damage, rather than the preparatory hand interruptions on the three copies. Focus enough damage to finish before running out of assigned hand shooters. Complete the encounter while its challenge is active without triggering “Challenge Failed”.

Availability

The original Crown of Sorrow raid retired on 10 November 2020. This legacy raid challenge and Shadow title progression are no longer obtainable through the original raid.
