Wolfsbane

Wolfsbane is a Solar Exotic Sword that plays more like a two-handed axe, with Iron Lord-style animations. Its flavor text is a quote from Lord Saladin: "Nanites, Guardian."

Overview

Its intrinsic perk, Resurgence Directive, makes light attacks generate Sword energy and sometimes spawn seeking Quicksilver nanites that heal the wielder on contact. The Nano-Assault trait charges the blade with nanites. When fully charged, the alternate weapon action overclocks them, raising light attack damage, and fully charged heavy attacks create a Solar flaming Quicksilver swarm-nado. It is an anti-Unstoppable capable weapon.

Acquisition

• Complete the Heliostat Exotic Mission, found under Pinnacle Ops in the Director's Destinations tab. The first run is locked to Normal difficulty and Wolfsbane drops on completion. In the mission you work with a squad of Psions to stop Maya Sundaresh launching a WarSat; it takes roughly 20-30 minutes.
• Once unlocked it can be crafted at the Enclave on Mars; it needs 1 pattern.
• Reports differ on the introducing season; one gives Reclamation.

Catalyst

Four catalysts are available: Attrition Orbs Refit, Relentless Strikes Refit, Burning Ambition Refit and Subroutine: ~Recursion. They are found by solving datapad and console puzzles in Heliostat on Master difficulty or higher.
