Abyss Defiant

Overview

Abyss Defiant is a Legendary Solar Auto Rifle with a 360 RPM frame, the high-impact option of the raid's weapon pool. A recommended PvE roll is Extended Barrel, Ricochet Rounds, Subsistence and Incandescent, since Incandescent can trigger Cursed Thrall explosions. Heal Clip with Incandescent is also suggested. The 360 RPM archetype limits it in PvP.

Acquisition

Drops from the Crota's End raid. Raid weapons are craftable once the pattern is unlocked from Deepsight copies (about five). Master difficulty also awards Adept versions. All of the raid's weapons carry the Cursed Thrall origin trait: after a melee kill, final blows with the weapon make targets explode for a short time.
